Our philosophy: we place our clients in the center of our actions!

All the decisions, provided services, followed strategies, are discussed with our clients. This strategy that we followed since the beginning proved us that only thus we managed to be successful. Our company developed gradually and the services were continuously diversified.

2004-2006: beginning period

Our Company has its roots in the IT industry. Initially there were sustained outsourcing projects from Germany to Romania. Companies incorporation, staff recruitment, research for business partners and legal assistance in the contracts negotiations were among the first provided services. There are concluded partnerships with law firms and financial consultancy.

2007: Romania adhesion to EU and the incorporation of the company RoConnect in the present form

RoConnect has been incorporated at Mediaş, county of Sibiu. There have been hired the first persons of the staff. Among our clients, there are companies belonging to all the activity fields. The important projects have successfully been finalized in the field of agriculture, there have been concluded partnerships for our clients, there have been provided assistances services in order to obtain financing as well as complex legal and financial consultancy.

2008: Full – Service

Due to the excellent cooperation with our clients, there have been created a new department specialized in secretarial activities. Thus, there has been created the “virtual office” service. Starting with 2008, we have been providing complex office services: company premises, postal services, telecommunications, secretarial services, accounting and data processing. Thus, immediately after the company incorporation, our client can concentrate himself on the business in itself, and we can deal with the office work. Our team has newly extended. Our new colleagues speak at least two foreign languages: German and English.

2009: economic crisis – for us a consolidation year

While many Romanian companies simply disappeared, our good position on the market and the quality provided work have given the best results. RoConnect has had many clients and interesting projects. We didn’t have to fire any of our staff members. Only the relocation in a bigger space hasn’t happened yet.

2010: plans

For 2010, we have planned to create two offices, at Cluj-Napoca and at Timişoara. There are three major projects in the industrial and agriculture field where RoConnect is the only project manager. Besides this, we will try – as always – to continuously satisfy our clients’ demads, providing solutions to all the encountered issues.

2010: Ziele

Für 2010 ist die Gründung von zwei Niederlassungen in Cluj und Timisoara geplant.

Es stehen drei große Kunden-Projekte im Industrie bzw. Landwirtschafts-Bereich an, in denen ROCONNECT das Projektmanagement komplett abwickeln wird. Ansonsten werden wir – wie immer – auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden achten und Lösungen finden.
